Kupang Lontong Sidoarjo

     How to eat:

     * After that, dilute with a little sauce, sprinkle Kupang (Kupang cooking water).

     * Flush with Kupang on it along with the gravy. For the topping, sprinkle with fried shallots.

     Recipe Lento (cassava cakes)
     Ingredients:     500 gr grated cassava, squeezed the water
     1/2 tsp coriander powder
     1 tsp garlic finely
     1/4 tsp turmeric powder
     1/2 tsp sugar
     1/2 tsp salt
     3 lime leaves finely chopped

     How to Make:
