Botok East Java


material

     * 3 pieces out
     * 3 pieces of tempe
     * Shrimp and anchovies to taste
     * A good banana leaf
     * 1/4 cup lamtara (chinese banana)
     * 1/4 cup coconut

seasoning required

     * 5 pieces of green chillies
     * 5 pcs starfruit
     * 1 small red chilli
     * 2 tomatoes
     * 10 pieces of cayenne pepper
     * 5 spring onions
     * 3 cloves garlic
     * 1 lime leaves
     * 1 piece kencur
     * Salt, sugar, and flavorings to taste

how to make

     * Tofu and tempeh cut into small square pieces of boiled until cooked then removed and drained.
     * All ingredients except green chilli paste, chili sauce, tomato, starfruit diiiris small (about 1/2 cm).
     * Small anchovies washed, shredded coconut lengthwise, cut shrimp in half.
     * All mixed into one including lamtara, sprinkled salt and flavorings.
     * Wrapped in banana leaves and steamed until cooked.
