East Java-style Catfish Pecel

hot hot so delicious to eat pecel hehehe ...
let's make pecel catfish :)



Ingredients:

½ kg medium-size catfish, clean, slice the body
Subtle marinade:

     1 teaspoon coriander
     3 cloves garlic
     1 tablespoon salt
     2 cm turmeric
     1 tablespoon lemon juice

-Spice marinade paste / blend until smooth and then given water to approximately 100 ml
Materials to make sambal pecel catfish:

    -6 large pieces of red pepper
    -10 pieces of old chili
    -6 pieces of curly chili
    -1 large tomato
    -2 spring onions
    -2 tsp white sugar / brown sugar
    -1 teaspoon salt
    -3 tsp shrimp paste cooked
    -1 lime for juice
    -MSG to taste if liked

     All the peppers, tomatoes, red onions in boiled until cooked, drain, and then with sugar, salt, add the blended paste lemon juice (can be directly presented).
     The second version ... Heat oil about 2 tablespoons chili entries and add 50 ml of water and cook until thick.

Complementary materials pecel catfish dishes:

     -cucumber
     -basil
     -cabbage
     -fried tofu

How to Make pecel catfish:

     Soak catfish with a marinade solution. Allow a few minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
     Heat oil and fry until cooked and dry catfish. Remove and drain.
     Presentation: Prepare a serving dish, arrange catfish, chili and supplementary materials. Serve ready.
