Vegetable salad

Friends already in the food yet,
if you do not come with me to cook vegetable salad. Salad vegetables is to eat the Java Timur.Rujak is always an option in the heat. Fresh vegetable salad with spice paste is very fitting presented during the day.




 
Ingredients:

     2 cucumber, thinly sliced
     100 grams of bean sprouts
     200 g cabbage, thinly sliced
     2 bunches of basil, petiki
     200 g tempeh, cut into cubes
     200 g tofu, diced
     cooking oil to taste
     boiled water to taste

Peanut Seasonings:

     200 grams of peanuts, fried
     5 dried red chilies, fried
     5 pieces of chili sauce, fried
     2 cloves garlic, fried
     2 cm kencur
     1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste fried
     50 grams of brown sugar, comb
     salt to taste

How to Make:


Peanut sauce: Blend all ingredients, then give water and stir well. Set aside.
Fried tempeh and tofu until cooked and dry, remove and drain.
Put the vegetables, tempeh, and tofu in a serving dish and pour over it with the seasoning. Serve.
